Steve became part of the family. He created and delivered an amazing extension and we don't believe that we could've chosen better. We would ask him back at any point.
Steve's quote alone was significantly more detailed and believable than any others. The quote was no where near the cheapest but each individual task of a complex build was covered.

Steve was able to meet our timescales (even during Covid) and we knew that we were going to experience a lot of pain before we got what we asked for. It was tough but Steve and his team were able to minimise the impact and work round us as a family.

Steve and I spoke daily and issues were identified early, solutions discussed and delivered as expected. Steve's experience provided improvements and solutions. They often meant more cost, but we were building for us and we ended up with a better product.

Steve is also a qualified electrician and will complete most tasks himself. He will also bring in contractors where necessary or work with your own. We ordered our own doors (in retrospect probably a mistake) and our own kitchen people (Stone House Furniture - Brilliant). I think he would agree that in the end it all came together.

Genuinely Steve and Dan are trustworthy, hard-working, conscientious, innovative and capable. In the end, they delivered a better solution than we expected.

Highly recommended and I would happily provide references or answer questions.

Stephen and the boys have done a lot of work on our house over the years, doing two story extensions at both ends and substantial groundwork and landscaping outside. Our build was a large complex project comprising of two extensions, refurbishment, landscaping with a large balcony above one extension. From the first time we met Steve we knew we had found the right builder. He was the only one that could interpret our vision. He was friendly, enthusiastic, positive and professional. He drew our plans submitted them and dealt with every aspect right from the start. He was approachable, easy to work with and his knowledge and attention to detail impressed us.

He had our complete trust.

The project involved knocking out the whole of the back of our house at ground floor level, adding a new extension, huge bifold doors, but strong enough to take a large first floor balcony complete with glass balustrade. The complexity of this was huge and needed exact calculations and specifications. This was not a normal build, for us all very scary. Challenges included the stability of our house, the construction, how to blend old with the new, how we were going to live at the property and run our business from home.

Steve’s knowledge, commitment and attention to detail overcame all of the challenges producing solutions and suggesting ideas on how to achieve our vision. We love every aspect of the amazing design Steve has achieved for us, the light living space, kitchen the large bi-fold doors, outdoor landscaping and the patio in the sky! Steve’s positive attitude, knowledge and high standards give us no hesitation in recommending him to others.
